Statements on our pages about ingredients describe published research on those ingredients, not clinical claims about this product. Consult your veterinarian if your dog has a medical condition or takes medication.

Orders and shipping

Orders ship within 1-2 business days with tracked shipping. Prices are shown in USD and charged at checkout by Stripe, our payment processor.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders are charged the first-order price shown at checkout today, then the regular price shown, on the schedule shown, until cancelled. Cancel, skip, or pause anytime via the link in any email from us or by emailing support@onemorefetch.com. Cancellations take effect before the next scheduled charge - no notice period, no cancellation fee.

90-day money-back guarantee

Every order is covered for 90 days from the order date. Email support@onemorefetch.com within that window for a full refund of that order. No return shipment is required.
