This policy describes how One More Fetch ("we", "us") handles your information when you visit our pages or place an order.

What we collect

• Order information: your name, email address, shipping address, and the package you chose. We need these to fulfil your order and honor the guarantee.
• Payment information: handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor. Your card number never touches our servers. See Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
• Site analytics: standard web analytics (pages viewed, referral source, device type) used to improve our pages and measure advertising.

What we do with it

• Fulfil and ship your order, send order and subscription emails, and provide support
• Process refunds under the 90-day guarantee
• Measure which of our advertisements work, using aggregated or pseudonymous identifiers

What we never do

• We do not sell your personal information
• We do not share your information except with the service providers needed to run the store (payment processing, shipping, email), each bound to use it only for that purpose

Subscriptions

If you choose a subscription, your payment method is stored securely by Stripe and charged on the schedule shown at checkout until you cancel. You can cancel, skip, or pause anytime via the link in any email from us, or by emailing support@onemorefetch.com.

Your choices

Email support@onemorefetch.com to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to unsubscribe from marketing email. Transactional emails (receipts, shipping) are sent for every order.
