Privacy Policy

This policy describes how One More Fetch ("we", "us") handles your information when you visit our pages or place an order.
What we collect
- Order information: your name, email address, shipping address, and the package you chose. We need these to fulfil your order and honor the guarantee.
- Payment information: handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor. Your card number never touches our servers. See Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
- Site analytics and advertising data: pages viewed, referral source, device and browser type, approximate location derived from your IP address, and how you interact with our pages (clicks, scroll depth, time on page). This is described in detail under "Analytics, session recording and advertising" below.
What we do with it
- Fulfil and ship your order, send order and subscription emails, and provide support
- Process refunds under the 90-day guarantee
- Measure which of our advertisements work, and build advertising audiences - including audiences of people similar to our existing customers - using pseudonymous or hashed identifiers rather than your plain details
- Understand where pages confuse or lose people, so we can fix them
Analytics, session recording and advertising
We use three third-party tools on this site. Each sets cookies or similar identifiers in your browser. None of them ever receives your card number - card details are entered inside Stripe's own secure frame, which is separate from our page and invisible to these tools.
- Google Analytics 4 (loaded through Google Tag Manager) records page views
and events such as scroll depth, clicks on our buttons, reaching the checkout, and completing
an order, along with the order value and reference. It sets cookies beginning
_ga. See policies.google.com/privacy. - Microsoft Clarity records how pages are used - clicks, scrolling, mouse movement and navigation - and produces session replays and heatmaps so we can see where a page is failing people. See privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement.
- Meta (Facebook) pixel measures which advertisements lead to orders and lets us build advertising audiences. When you submit the checkout form, the pixel may also receive a hashed (irreversibly scrambled) version of details you entered, such as your email address, name, city, state and postal code, so Meta can match the order to an ad without us handing over your details in readable form. These tools are used for measurement and advertising, not for automated decisions about you.
Cookies
Cookies and similar storage are used to keep the site working, to count visits, and to attribute orders to the advertisement that brought you here. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the store will still work, though our measurement will be incomplete.
What we never do
- We do not sell your personal information
- We do not share your information except with the service providers needed to run the store (payment processing, shipping, email), each bound to use it only for that purpose
Subscriptions
If you choose a subscription, your payment method is stored securely by Stripe and charged on the schedule shown at checkout until you cancel. You can cancel, skip, or pause anytime via the link in any email from us, or by emailing support@onemorefetch.com.
Your choices
Email support@onemorefetch.com to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to unsubscribe from marketing email. Transactional emails (receipts, shipping) are sent for every order.
To limit the tracking described above you can: block or delete cookies in your browser; install Google's opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout; opt out of Clarity by blocking clarity.ms in your browser or an ad blocker; and change your Meta advertising preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account settings. Most browsers also offer a "Do Not Track" or tracking protection setting.
